Reality star Kyle Richards of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” has recently purchased a $2.35 million vacation home with her real estate agent husband, Mauricio Umansky, near Palm Springs, California.
La Quinta is a resort town and one of the best golf destinations in the country. Richards and Umansky will be able to enjoy the ninth fairway of a Pete Dye-designed golf course right in their backyard.
The property features a beautiful stone patio area and swimming pool with views of palm trees and mountains. There is also a built-in barbeque kitchen for year-round outdoor dining. Electronic pocket doors make up the entire living room wall slide away to create a seamless flow to the outdoor spaces for entertaining.
Built in 2008, the traditional-style home has contemporary touches. In the nearly 6,000 square feet of living space, there are 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a gym. The house was previously foreclosed on, but was purchased in 2011 and generously updated.
Travertine floors, a top-of-the-line entertainment system throughout the whole house and granite counter tops in the large kitchen are just some of the perks the couple will be able to enjoy in their new vacation home.
Umansky has stated that their appearances on the television show have been beneficial, since there is now a greater spotlight on his company, The Agency.
